Parent and family engagement is crucial to the success of every school, but it often needs to be viewed from a new perspective to unlock its full potential. In this session, campus administrators will explore a broader, more inclusive approach to parent and family engagement. We'll dive into strategies for involving not just parents, but all key stakeholders—teachers, students, community members, and support staff—to create a thriving school environment. By shifting the focus from traditional models of engagement to collaborative, relationship-based interactions, we can improve the culture and climate of our campuses, leading to stronger family partnerships, higher student achievement, and greater overall school success.
