Kara Fluty brings over 32 years in education, with extensive experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), math, and reading across all grade levels. She has served as a campus principal, managing school operations and fostering a positive environment. Her expertise extends to district-level responsibilities, where she contributed significantly to curriculum development, ensuring that educational programs met the highest standards. Currently, Kara holds the position of Director of Student Services at ESC Region 9, a role in which she oversees a broad spectrum of essential functions, including federal programs, mental health services, business services, school safety, and nutrition.
