About me
Natalie Faith Spalloni is a multitalented professional with an extensive background in Reading Language Arts, Content Area Literacy, and District and Campus Leadership. With over 20 years of experience, she has cultivated a reputation for applying collaborative learning strategies and relationship-building techniques when facilitating and leading learning. As a Leadership and Accountability PD Consultant at ESC 19, she provides technical assistance with School Improvement as an ESF Facilitator, Case Managers, and TIL Coach, supports at campus level as an Investigator of Intruder Detection Audits, and works to support Region 19 with Title II, Part A, PNP, and Title I, Part D. Formerly, Natalie’s expertise as an RLA Coordinator provided instructional direction to pre-kinder to college-level courses. At a district level, she headed large-scale district initiatives and managed state-funded grants. Natalie also served as a middle school Assistant Principal. She previously taught college-level English and Education courses at UTEP and EPCC and held a position on the Coalition of Reading and English Supervisors of Texas board. In her personal life, Natalie enjoys watching football and attending church with her family, which reflects her commitment to family values. She currently resides in west El Paso with her husband, son, and three adorable dogs.
