Robin Ross is an experienced Education Specialist in the Accountability, Research & Compliance Support Department, currently wrapping up her seventh year in the role. She has extensive expertise in ESSA Consolidated Federal programs, providing training and guidance to Local Education Agencies (LEAs) for all Title programs and on topics such as Parent and Family Engagement, Private Non-Profits, Paraprofessionals, and the State Compensatory Education program. As a District Advancement Champion, Robin offers tailored support and technical assistance in the areas of compliance, best practices, and allowable uses of federal and state funds to 91 districts and charter schools across the Region 4 area. Prior to her work with Region 4, she gained 12 years of experience as an educator, followed by 4 years as an Assistant Principal and 3 years as the Director of Federal Programs at the district level.
